KGK Scaffolding was entrusted with delivering a substantial scaffolding and access package across all six residential blocks at Radial Apartments, Point Pleasant, London. A major six-block residential scaffolding and access scheme involving extensive scaffold access, specialist scaffold security systems and ongoing coordination across an occupied London development.

Situated within the Point Pleasant riverside quarter in Wandsworth, Radial Apartments forms part of an area that has transformed from its industrial past into a modern residential neighbourhood. The six-block development occupies a prominent location close to the River Thames and presented KGK with a significant multi-phase access requirement across the wider site.

The project was delivered as part of a coordinated multi-phase programme, with each block presenting different access, sequencing and logistical requirements. KGK provided safe and reliable scaffold access across Blocks 1 to 6, carefully adapting each phase around the existing building layouts, residential access points and surrounding site constraints.

Full-height access scaffolding was installed to support works across the development, with each phase planned to maintain practical access and allow works to progress efficiently across multiple elevations.

Delivering scaffolding across all six residential blocks required careful coordination, consistent standards and detailed planning throughout, demonstrating KGK’s ability to manage a large-scale access package across a complex riverside residential development.
